TWELVE:
When you're on the phone with them late at night and they hang up, you still miss them even when it was just two minutes ago.
ELEVEN:
You walk really slow when you're with them.
TEN:
You feel shy whenever they're around.
NINE:
You smile when you hear their voice.
EIGHT:
When you look at them, you can't see the other people around you, you just see him/her.
SIX:
They're all you think about.
FIVE:
You realize you're always smiling when you're looking at them.
FOUR:
You would do anything for them, just to see them.
THREE:
While reading this, there was one person on your mind this whole time.
TWO:
You were so busy thinking about that person, you didn't notice number seven was missing
ONE:
You just scrolled up to check & are now silently laughing at yourself!!

ummmm
that's funny :-)
Stumbled across your blog a few days ago, looking for i-dont-remember-what.
About these 12 points... IMHO this sort of love is extreme. And it doesn't last for too long, it is only in the initial stages.
I think (keywords: 'I' and 'think' and I'm noone) a Muslim shouldn't love like this. Love for someone, if it takes precedence over love for Allah, having a firm relationship with Him, thinking about Him, being grateful to Him, being humble in front of Him, (and all this takes time - which one who does the 12 points really doesn't have).. if the love takes precedence above Allah, will eventually lead to a darkness in the heart, and if the person pursues a way which is haram for this love, then Allah may (and in most cases I've seen around), Allah does afflict the person in the VERY thing that he/she gave precedence to above Allah.
Loving a wife or a husband.. for the sake of Allah; which comes out of love FOR Allah, that Ya Rabbe, you chose so-n-so for me, and I trust you, and You are beloved to me and you placed rights for him/her on me, this is why I will love this person n fulfill his/her rights. Then this love Allah will Himself place between the two, and what a love that would be; lasting, rewarding, and refreshing.
May Allah grant it to us all! Aameen. Didn't mean for this to be so long subhaanAllah.. !!
As salaamu alaikum - aw this was sweet. I'm a romantic at heart myself, but with reality mixed in of course! :-)
